Louis Zamperini was born on January 26th, 1917 and died on July 2nd, 2014. He was a WW2 veteran and runner. The 2014 movie called Unbroken is about him. He was taken as a POW to the Japanese and showed extreme bravery and later forgave his captors for their treatment of him and his fellow POW's.
