On September 11, 2001, United Airlines Flight 93 was hijacked by terrorists allied to Osama Bin Laden and the Al-Queada terrorist organization. Many passengers upon learning of the hijackings of other planes, revolted against the terrorists and attempted to seize back control of the plane, crash landing in a field outside of Shanksville, Pennsylvania. There were no survivors .
