I have already approached some foreign leaders with this request. I believe that leaders should support democratic states around the world that are willing to uphold such principles. This powerful issue of closing airspace helps us tremendously. This does not mean dragging NATO into this war. In all honesty, everyone anyways, they've already been dragged into this war and this was definitely not done by Ukraine. This was done by Russia in this case. There's a full-scale war going on and everyone thinks that will end quickly. We spoke many times with President Biden and I am grateful to him for these opportunities and support. But they did not listen to me either. I have been telling them that Ukraine will be the one that will fight the most, you will see. But we alone against Russia, we would not be able to to do it.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy (Ukrainian: Володимир Олександрович Зеленський, pronounced as woloˈdɪmɪr olekˈsɑndrowɪdʒ zeˈlɛnʲsʲkɪj) is the current and 6th president of the Ukraine Republic, who was born on January 25, 1978. He gained international recognition for protecting Ukraine from the Russian invasion in 2022 and became somewhat of a symbol of peace and freedom against the invasion and imperialism of the authoritarian Russian president Vladimir Putin as a advocate supporter of the idea of a free world.
Biography
Volodymyr Zelenskyy was born on the 25th January of 1978, in Krywyj Rih, Ukraine. He is the son of Rymma Zelenska and Oleksandr Zelenskyy a Ukrainian scientist. Later in his life, he would graduate from Kryvyi Rih Institute of Economics, where he studied law. Volodymyr was a comedian and actor, before being elected the 6th president of Ukraine on 21 April 2019. As a president, he supported the idea of making Ukraine a part of the EU, as well as supporting the legal use of Medical Cannabis and free abortion. Most recently he has gained popularity by protecting Ukraine and staying in Kyiv. Zelensky has opposed attacking the Russian language in Ukraine and banning artists for their political views.

On 25 February, 2022, Zelenskyy said that despite Russia's claim that it was targeting only military sites, civilian sites were also being hit. Vladimir Putin
Vladimir Putin is the notorious rival and archenemy of Zelenskyy who discredits the Ukrainian government by calling the Nazi Regime for the marginalization of the Russian population of southeastern Ukraine and the prohibition of the Russian language. After the invasion of Ukraine, the despise of Zelenskyy towards Putin drastically increased for having assaulted his country, having threatened him and his family and having attempted to kill him and for the brutality of the Russian invasion.

Putin also obviously hate Zelenskyy for his resistance and for being the Ukrainian head of state, and attempted to murder him several times. Zelensky believes that there can be no negotiations with Russia while Putin remains in power, but that they are ready for dialogue with another Russian president.

Zelenskyy's first interaction with Donald Trump came over a phone call where Trump congratulated Zelenskyy on his victory and later asked him to investigate Joe Biden's son, Hunter. Although the call initially came off as friendly, it had become known that things became sour as Zelenskyy condemned Trump for using military aid as a bribe for giving information about Hunter Biden. The two would later meet in person at the United Nations General Assembly where Trump suggested that he and Putin "get together" to solve their "problem", much to Zelenskyy's dismay. Zelenskyy and Trump's relationship as leaders was mostly out of the spotlight after Trump's impeachment for the phone call, and ultimately came to an end when Trump lost his re-election bid.

Zelenskyy congratulated Joe Biden when the latter won his election, showing confidence that Biden would strengthen the partnership between the United States and Ukraine. Their relationship became much closer and more in the spotlight during the Russian invasion when Biden heavily condemned the invasion and sent numerous weapons and vehicles to Ukraine. Zelenskyy and Biden do not have a perfect relationship, as they are occasionally seen in disagreement with each other, but Zelenskyy is nonetheless thankful for the help the Biden administration has provided.
